Riding & Stabling Agreement

1. Booking validity: valid only after this agreement is signed AND payment received.

2. Fees: lesson fees payable on arrival. Stabling fees monthly in advance. Interest on overdue amounts at max lawful rate.

3. Risk: horse riding is inherently dangerous. Rider participates entirely at own risk.

4. Helmets mandatory at all times. Suitable footwear required. Minors need parent/guardian consent.

5. Disclosure: medical conditions, injuries and limitations must be disclosed before riding.

6. Indemnity: Company not liable for injury, loss or damage except gross negligence. Client indemnifies Company against losses.

7. Signature: your electronic signature below is binding under the ECT Act 25 of 2002.
