Boarding Agreement

1. Booking validity: booking valid only after this agreement is signed AND payment has cleared.

2. Fees: kennel fees by EFT only — must clear the day before drop-off. Pets not accepted until paid. Interest on overdue amounts at maximum lawful rate.

3. Lien: Company enjoys a lien over animal / property until all amounts are paid. After 7 days overdue: services suspended, animal retained.

4. Abandonment: animal not collected within 7 days = deemed abandoned; Company acquires custody; R7 000 rehoming fee invoiced.

5. Warranties: owner confirms current vaccinations (rabies, bordetella, parvo), pet free of parasites, full disclosure of medical / behavioural / aggression history.

6. Risk & indemnity: boarding carries inherent risks. Client waives claims except gross negligence and indemnifies the Company.

7. Vet care: Company may obtain emergency vet care at owner's cost.

8. Signature: your electronic signature below is binding under the ECT Act 25 of 2002.
