Luxury Dog Boarding
in Pretoria East

Your dog's home away from home. Spacious grass-run kennels, round-the-clock care, and a team that genuinely loves animals.

A Second Home for Your Dog

We strive to create an environment in our kennels that feels like your dog's second home — a secure space where your furry friend can stay while you're away.

Our kennels are set in beautiful green surroundings on our Pretoria East smallholding. Every kennel has access to a spacious grass run, fresh water, and shelter. Dogs receive walks, play sessions, and constant human attention throughout the day.

We take a limited number of dogs at any one time — not to maximise profit, but to ensure every dog in our care gets the personal attention they deserve. It's all about giving your dog a vacation while you enjoy yours.

What We Need From You

To keep all our guests safe and healthy, we have a few requirements for all dogs boarding with us. These are non-negotiable — they protect your dog and everyone else's.

  • Current vaccination proof — rabies, bordetella (kennel cough) and parvo
  • Dog must be free of fleas, ticks, worms and parasites
  • Disclosure of any medical conditions, behavioural issues or allergies
  • Disclosure of any history of biting or aggression towards other animals or people
  • Dog must be housebroken and not prone to destructive behaviour
  • Emergency contact details for the duration of boarding
  • Vet's contact details and your preference for emergency treatment

A pet boarding agreement is required for all boarders. You can review and sign this on arrival, or contact us to receive it in advance.

⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Boarding

Animals are unpredictable. While we take every reasonable precaution, dogs interacting with other dogs and with staff may sustain nicks, bites, or scratches, and there is an inherent risk of injury, illness (including kennel cough/bordetella and other contagious conditions), or in rare cases death. By boarding your pet with Delenitor Animal Lodge, you accept these risks.

Vaccinations are mandatory. Proof of current rabies, bordetella, and parvo vaccinations is required before any pet enters our facility — no exceptions. Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, worms, and parasites.

Full disclosure is required. You must disclose all medical conditions, behavioural issues, and any history of aggression towards people or animals. Non-disclosure endangers our staff, other guests, and your own pet, and voids our duty of care.

Liability. Delenitor Animal Lodge and its owners, staff, and representatives are not liable for injury, sickness, illness, or death of a pet in our care, or for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Veterinary costs incurred on your behalf are for your account. Uncollected pets are subject to our abandonment policy, including additional charges.

A signed Pet Boarding Agreement is required for every stay. Kennel boarding must be paid by EFT only — payment must clear the day before drop-off; pets are not accepted until payment has reflected. The full agreement will be provided at booking / signing. Contact us for a copy in advance: admin@delenitor.co.za
